Through interviews with millennials and those who work with or otherwise engage them, Regina Luttrell and Karen McGrath offer ways for Millennials to better understand older generations and their peers so they can coexist without animosity in today’s fast-paced globalized world.

Dr. Karen McGrath is a Professor of Communications at the College of Saint Rose in Albany. Her interests include pop culture, media, gender, and race, with her most recent publication focused on The Big Bang Theory’s Sheldon Cooper.
Dr. Regina Luttrell is an associate professor of Public Relations and Social Media at Eastern Michigan University where she researches, publishes and discusses public relations, social media, and the Millennial generation’s roles both in the classroom and the workforce.
