To celebrate Chronogram Magazine’s 30th anniversary, they are exhibiting every cover of every edition of the magazine at Time and Space Limited in Hudson, New York, from October 15 to November 12. Since they launched, in the fall of 1993, Chronogram has featured the work of hundreds of Hudson Valley artists on its cover. Brian Mahoney is the longtime editor at Chronogram.

Yaddo is a nonprofit retreat for artists in Saratoga Springs, New York with the mission is to nurture the creative process by providing an opportunity for artists to work without interruption in a supportive environment.Notoriously private for the sake of the artists and their work - we wanted to take the opportunity today to share information about some public facing events on the horizon.

Kinderhook Memorial Library celebrates area artists with a tour of their studios on April 29 and 30, 2023, “Behind the Scenes: An Intimate View into the Studios of Local Artists”.This tour will provide a glimpse of artists, their works, and what has informed and influenced their particular artistic expression.

This morning we get a preview of the Hilltown 6 Pottery Tour - a sampling of the work of a group of nationally recognized potters based in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts. Each summer, they open their studios for a coordinated tour, inviting neighbors, friends, collectors, and the curious to see their workshops, kilns, showrooms, and new work.This year’s tour is their 16th annual and runs July 23 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We welcome two of the potters - Christy Knox of Natural Elements Pottery and Maya Machin of Maya Machin Pottery.
