Rural Living Museum To Embark On First Full Season

Facebook: Behold New Lebanon

The people behind a living museum of rural contemporary life are holding a preview showing in New Lebanon Thursday before a full launch July 4th weekend. After a pilot effort in 2014, BEHOLD! New Lebanon is ready to unveil itself for a full season. The series of weekend events takes visitors into the homes and workshops of today’s rural farmers, auctioneers and auto racing enthusiasts in the town of 2,300. Ruth Abram is the organization’s founder and president.

“You drive through these country towns and you don’t see what’s going on so you mistakenly often think nothing’s going on which is just not true,” said Abram.

The season runs from July 4th to September 26th. Click here for more information.
