Donald Trump still leads his GOP rivals in the polls, and he recently called for a constitutional amendment to crack down on millions of illegal immigrants living in the United States. We have two experts in constitutional law in the studio with us to discuss this headline: Attorney George Carpinello of Boies, Schiller & Flexner in Albany, and Albany Law School professor and WAMC commentator Stephen Gottlieb.
