Apple Chop Chow
Ingredients
1 Cortland Apple
For vinaigrette
½ cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon red chili
1 ounce water
Preparation
1. Shave apples thinly into small julienne.
2. Mix ingredients for vinaigrette.
3. Toss julienne apples in vinaigrette. Serve room temp with Hudson Valley Duck Pastrami and Polenta Crackers.
