Samantha Mabee, a Navy veteran and STEM educator, created Deep Sandwich Trivia to bring people together through curiosity and play. With her mix of structure, creativity, and humor, she turns every trivia night into a shared experience that’s as memorable as it is competitive.

Material Shift showcases work by 13 Haudenosaunee artists who employ found objects and other unconventional materials to create or illustrate traditional cultural objects or concepts and those who, conversely, explore traditional materials in unexpected ways. Works range from playful to provocative. "Wax Currents: Fusing Tradition and Innovation" is a juried encaustic exhibition presented by the International Encaustic Artists (IEA) and Woodstock School of Art. The exhibition will be juried by Dietlind Vander Schaaf.

Early Technology Day invites visitors to explore ancient skills and survival techniques through interactive demonstrations. Experience flint knapping (the art of making chipped stone tools), fire making, cordage making, atlatl spear throwing, and early archery. The Museum’s archaeology department will showcase projectile points, tools, and local archaeological finds, offering insights into early technologies. If you have a potential artifact, bring it along—Museum experts will be available to help identify it. Included in Museum admission.
