After rocking the docks during Wake Up Wednesday this summer, they're back for their second show – and this time, it's inside on the Flynn Side!

Based out of New York City, the Yacht Lobsters sail the waves of the butteriest Soft Rock from the 70's and early 80's. Expect stellar recreations and reimaginings of hits from icons like Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto, and more – all fused with soothing vocals, a full horn section, NOLA funk, classic rock, and jazz improvisation to keep the vibe bouncy and festive.

There's even some original tunes that feel straight out of 1978!

The Joni Project formed as a tribute in sound and spirit to Joni Mitchell, one of music’s greatest and most innovative artists. The band is fronted by New York's remarkable multi-instrumentalist and singer Katie Pearlman, who impressively plays Joni's songs in their original open guitar tunings; and includes jazz and jam band mainstays Dave Berg (guitar), Dan Ehrlich (bass), Alan Lerner (drums), Mark Mancini (keyboards), and Premik Russell Tubbs (saxophone and flute).

Collectively, they’ve performed with members of the Grateful Dead, The Band, The Doors, the Neville Brothers, and so many others. Premik Russell Tubbs alone has played with Carlos Santana, Whitney Houston, Sting, James Taylor, Lady Gaga, Herbie Hancock, and more. Together, they bring fresh interpretation to Joni’s legendary tunes from their many eras and genres – particularly from the time of her stunning and dynamic collaboration with Jaco Pastorius, Pat Metheny and Michael Brecker. But The Joni Project celebrates it all! - from Both Sides Now, Big Yellow Taxi, Chelsea Morning and Help Me, to Raised on Robbery and Free Man in Paris.

This unique and entertaining music and multimedia event chronicles the extraordinary career of Simon & Garfunkel. The music speaks for itself, performed by Aztec Two-Step 2.0 (anchored by Rex Fowler, co-founder of the renowned folk-rock duo Aztec Two-Step, and his wife, Dodie Pettit, an original cast member of Broadway’s The Phantom of The Opera). The show’s storyline was originally created by Pete Fornatale, the late great pioneer of progressive FM radio and author of Simon & Garfunkel’s Bookends biography. Now telling the stories, emceeing and directing the engaging and amusing multimedia show is Fornatale’s dear friend and protégé, Tony Traguardo, WCWP-FM radio host, noted rock music historian, podcaster and founding board member of the Long Island Music Hall of Fame. Nostalgia and laughter abound, and a sing along is always in the mix!
