Former President Clinton speechwriter Jeff Shesol's new book, "Mercury Rising: John Glenn, John Kennedy and the New Battleground of the Cold War" sheds light on the 2021 space race and potential Cold War with China.

In the book, Shesol spotlights John Glenn’s unpublished handwritten notes, interviews and new sources to explain America's space history and current challenges in space.
