After more than three decades promoting live music in the Capital Region, Greg Bell is preparing to retire. But not after one last blow-out at Albany’s Palace Theater.

Upstate New York jam band veterans moe. are capping off their 35th anniversary tour with a concert at the Palace Theatre in Albany tomorrow.

Award winning filmmaker Ken Burns will be in Albany tomorrow night for a special preview of his upcoming landmark film “The American Revolution” at 7:00 pm at the Palace Theatre in Albany.

He started doing standup comedy when he was a teenager and has been touring successfully ever since routinely selling out prestigious venues all over the world. Which brings him to The Palace Theater in Albany for “The Growth Spurt Tour 2025” on August 21st at 7pm.

The Albany Symphony Orchestra will be at the Palace Theatre in Albany tomorrow night at 7:30. The concert will feature Ravel’s “Boléro,” “Concerto for Hindustani Violin” by Reena Esmail and Berlioz’s “Symphonie Fantastique.”

This Sunday, December 8, The Albany Symphony Orchestra will perform its annual holiday celebration “The Magic of Christmas.” The Palace Theatre will be filled with festive holiday music, family fun, and special guests. Later this month, on December 21 and 22, The ASO will perform a world premiere guitar concerto by Nicky Sohn – along with holiday music by Mozart and Vivaldi.

The Center for Law and Justice in Albany is pressing on after its founder, civil rights activist Alice Green, died unexpectedly last month.

A tribute to celebrate the life, work and times of Dr. Alice Green will be held later this month in Albany.
