Arts and culture are one of the most vibrant sectors of the Berkshire County economy. As a result, the leaders of 10 arts and culture institutions from across Berkshire County have convened the Berkshire Arts and Culture Alliance (BACA) to advocate for economic, tourism, and infrastructure needs of the arts and culture organizations in the county. We welcome representatives from six of the 10 organizations to make up our panel this morning.

Laurie Norton Moffatt, longtime Director and CEO of the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts will step down in 2026 following the appointment of her successor. Her retirement will mark the end of a 40-year tenure that saw the museum evolve from a small local institution into a prominent center for American illustration art.

The Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts presents the exhibition "Nora Krug: Belonging" featuring art by the noted contemporary illustrator, who has assembled a list of prestigious accolades for her comics and graphic novels.
