The U.S. is in the 15th day of a government shutdown, and potential deals may be in the works to open Washington back up and end the looming threat of default.
House Republican leaders say they’re planning a vote today on a bill that tempers their demands on Obamacare somewhat, while Senate Republicans are pushing a less conservative plan worked out with Democrats.
