More than 700 elected officials and business leaders in western Massachusetts attended an event in Springfield Tuesday to discuss local, state and federal issues.
The Springfield Regional Chamber’s annual Outlook luncheon featured speeches from Congressman Richard Neal and Governor Charlie Baker. It also unveiled the legislative agenda for the regional chamber of commerce.
