Former President Bill Clinton will host a fundraiser Monday evening for a county executive candidate in a New York county.
The fundraiser is for Democratic candidate for Westchester County executive Noam Bramson, who is the mayor of New Rochelle. Former President Bill Clinton, a Westchester resident, is hosting the sold-out fundraiser at the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook. The invitation notes the campaign is one of the most closely watched in the state, and considered a toss-up. Bramson faces incumbent Republican Rob Astorino. Earlier this year, Astorino was one of five names floated as a potential candidate to challenge New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in the 2014 election. The Bramson fundraiser is closed to the press.
