President Bill Clinton Urges Students to Make Positive Changes.

Former President Bill Clinton will speak in his home county of Westchester Saturday, to raise money for student scholarships.

While Clinton is at Westchester Community College in Valhalla Saturday afternoon, he will receive a State University of New York Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. And as Executive Director of the college’s foundation Eve Larner explains, the event is more than solely a fundraiser for student scholarships.

Clinton last spoke at the college in 2005.

“A Conversation with President Bill Clinton” supports the Scholarship and Program Fund for Westchester Community College.
