Talk about tradition. Since it burst onto Broadway more than 50 years ago, “Fiddler On the Roof” has been performed somewhere in the world every single day. That’s just one fact you learn in Max Lewkowicz’s new documentary “Fiddler: A Miracle of Miracles,” which traces the show’s evolution from the stories of Sholem Aleichem all the way to the current Yiddish production. That’s a lot of sunrises and sunsets.
