Capital Region Crime Stoppers has partnered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives offering cash for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for that shots fired incident Thursday afternoon in which a three-year-old boy asleep in a daycare in the area of 3rd Avneue and Teunis Street was hit by a stray bullet. The child suffered a fractured arm.
The investigation is being conducted jointly by the ATF and City of Albany Police Department.
