Baseball Hall Of Fame Induction Postponed Until 2021

Baseball Hall of Fame

What was expected to be one of the biggest induction ceremonies in the history of the Baseball Hall of Fame has been postponed until 2021.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown announced Wednesday that this summer’s induction ceremony, which features Yankee great Derek Jeter, is being postponed until July 25, 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Jeter, Marvin Miller, Ted Simmons and Larry Walker will be inducted alongside next year’s class instead. The Hall of Fame has held an induction every year since 1961.
