This week, the Saratoga Collaborative to End Homelessness kicked off a 100-day sprint to address street homelessness in the Spa City.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Collaborative volunteers from the public and private sectors met for an “Action Lab,” the first step in developing goals and strategies to address the issue.
