Plattsburgh, NY – Today (August 10th) marks the 20th anniversary of the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening program. The American Cancer Society is concerned that lack of funding is preventing women from accessing the pap tests, mammograms and other screenings that could prolong lives.
