Tyer Addresses Pittsfield As Statewide Closure Order Is Issued

Pittsfield, Massachusetts Mayor Linda Tyer addressed the city Monday about the COVID-19 outbreak. Pittsfield is in its second week of closed schools and public offices, and a statewide closure of all non-essential businesses begins at noon Tuesday. There are 16 reported cases of the virus in the city. WAMC Berkshire Bureau Chief Josh Landes spoke with Tyer in the studios of Pittsfield Community Television.
