New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's administration is paying a former prosecutor up to $450,000 for his review of the Buffalo Billion project.
Bart Schwartz was retained by the Democratic governor in April following news that federal investigators are probing two former aides to the governor in connection with possible conflicts of interest in the Buffalo Billion, an effort to revitalize the state's second largest city.
