Albany, NY – On Wednesday, July 7th WAMC and the Times Union explored THE FUTURE OF PASSENGER RAIL in a public forum at WAMC's Linda Norris Auditorium. Panelists looked back at the Capital Region's rich railroad history and discussed the benefits as well as the significant obstacles that have to be overcome before real improvements in rail passenger service can be achieved. Moderator, Eric Anderson, a journalist with the Times Union, led a diverse panel of experts.
