WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that President Trump threatened to cut funding to the World Health Organization and fired the head of the panel tasked with watching how his administration spends its $2 trillion in coronavirus relief Tuesday.

Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that New York's death toll from COVID-19 has surpassed that of 9/11.
