Morning snow and some freezing rain, transitioning to all rain from south to north.  1-3 inches of snow north of I-90 before the change, especially in the mountains.  Rain this afternoon. Highs near 40.

Evening rain showers, changing back to snow showers overnight tonight.  More persistent lake effect snow downwind of Lake Ontario in the Western Adirondacks.  Lows in the mid 20's.

Mostly cloudy, windy and colder tomorrow with lake effect snow showers and squalls, especially closer to Lake Ontario. Highs in the lower 30's.
