Oil industry executives are appearing before a Senate panel, trying to hold onto their companies' generous tax breaks as Democratic senators try to take them away. As for the high gas prices, Shell Oil's CEO says nobody can set a price for crude oil. So, is this political theater, or a genuine effort to spur reform?
