Several local communities are embracing New York Governor Kathy Hochul's push to create affordable housing.

Singer-songwriter and Kingston, New York resident, Al Olender, joined us in studio to talk about her debut full-length album “Easy Crier,” recent singles, and fill us in on the deal with her Alentine’s Day show at The Old Dutch Church on February 9.

Voice Theatre is presenting "Refugee Stories" - true stories of undocumented, unaccompanied refugees developed in Voice Theatre Workshops, stories of exclusion by Kingston High School Students and the writings of Bertolt Brecht set to live music and song with Klezmer musician Margot Leverett. The return of a childhood friend, now a talented doctor, offers Alma a glimpse into a world of sensual love—but his reckless womanizing threatens them both. We are joined by Artistic Director of Voice Theatre and Director of “Summer and Smoke,” Shauna Kanter; and actors Tara Nicole Murphy and JJ Wilks.

The City of Kingston’s Annual Earth Fair is returning on Saturday, May 13. This year they have reimagined the popular family friendly event for the Kingston Waterfront!

The O+ Festival will return to Kingston, NY for the 12th annual celebration of art, music and wellness October 7-9, 2022.

On Saturday, August 13 at 6 p.m. at The Old Dutch Church in Kingston, New York, Amanda Palmer will play a benefit concert for O+ with special guests Holly Miranda, Chris Wells, Sophi Strand, Father Nathan Monk, and Gracie and Rachel. This is Palmers’ only major solo show this summer and her first in the United States in three years.
