Progressive Emma Mulvaney-Stanak won the Town Meeting Day contest over three opponents on Tuesday.

Democratic City Councilor Joan Shannon and Progressive State Representative Emma Mulvaney-Stanak are facing off in the race for mayor of Burlington, Vermont on Town Meeting Day in March.

Burlington, Vermont’s major parties have nominated their candidates for the Town Meeting Day city wide elections.
