The man who has served as Saratoga County’s mental health director since September sexually harassed a female staff member while working for a state-run organization.
The Times Union reports that a 2008 state review revealed that Michael Prezioso sexually harassed Heidi DiTonno while working for the Capital District Psychiatric Center in Albany from early 2006 through spring 2007, and retaliated against her after the conduct was reported.
A state investigation found the retaliation charge “inconclusive.”
