Three bills intended to upgrade U.S. drinking water systems and address toxic pollutants took a step forward Wednesdsay as the conversation in Washington D.C. focuses on a wide-ranging infrastructure package.
The AQUA Act, the Low-Income Water Customer Assistance Programs Act, and the PFAS Action Act were advanced out of the Environment & Climate Change Subcommittee, and now will be considered by the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which is chaired Congressman Paul Tonko.
