WAMC's David Guistina speaks with Jim Kevlin, Editor and Publisher of Hometown Oneonta, The Freeman's Journal, and AllOtsego.com, about reports that retiring New York State Senator James Seward has endorsed Republican Otsego County Legislator Peter Oberacker to fill his seat next year.
They also give an update on a number of other races ramping up in Otsego County, including the race for New York's 19th Congressional District seat, which is currently held by Democrat Antonio Delgado.
