Poughkeepsie, NY – A Democrat from Dutchess County is looking to take on incumbent New York State Republican Senator Steve Saland in November. The East Fishkill candidate formally announced his candidacy today near Saland's home base in Poughkeepsie. Allison Dunne has this report.
