All five members of Berkshire County’s legislative delegation are running unchallenged in the September 1st Massachusetts primary.
The region’s four state representatives and state Senator – Adam Hinds – are all Democrats. None are facing challengers in this year’s primary.
“We’ve staid very focused on the issues in the district and what we’re doing to stand up for Western Mass and bringing that fight to Boston, and so I think there’s something to be said about that consistency,” Hinds.
John Barrett is the state representative for the 1st Berkshire District, Paul Mark the 2nd, Tricia Farley-Bouvier the 3rd, and Smitty Pignatelli the 4th.
Polls close at 8 p.m.
