Vermont Independent Senator Bernie Sanders, who ended his presidential campaign last week, is endorsing Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination.
Senator Sanders and Joe Biden appeared together on a Facebook live feed Monday as Sanders urged voters to support the former vice president’s White House bid.
“I’m asking every Democrat. I’m asking every Independent. I’m asking a lot of Republicans to come together in this campaign to support your candidacy, which I endorse.”
Biden says this is a great opportunity to work together to create joint approaches to policies. “Bernie and I have agreed to establish six policy working groups.”
