Interprint Announces Sale, Possible Expansion Of Pittsfield Factory

Interprint – a German global décor printing company whose Pittsfield factory employs 176 – announced today that it’s in the process of being acquired by a Japanese firm based in Tokyo. Pending merger control proceedings, the yet-unspecified sale is expected to be complete by the end of the year. Peter Stasiowsk is the Director of Communications for Interprint’s Pittsfield location. He spoke with WAMC about what the sale means for Pittsfield and the company at large.
