In today’s Academic Minute, Dr. Curtis Marean of Arizona State University discusses the technological developments that made early humans deadly hunters.
Curtis Marean is a professor in the School of Human Evolution and Social Change and Associate Director of the Institute of Human Origins at Arizona State University. His research is focused on the relation between climate and environmental change and human evolution, both for its significance as a force driving past human evolution, and as a challenge to be faced in the near future. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of California Berkeley.
