WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President-elect Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief proposal, and considers the role Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will play in the Senate. Dr. Chartock also comments on President Trump's looming impeachment trial, and weighs whether the Senate is more likely to convict Trump the second time around.

Dr. Chartock also appears each week on The Media Project and The Roundtable and offers commentary on Morning Edition, weekdays at 7:40 a.m.
