Springfield, MA – Concerns have been raised about the bill Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick has filed to give the city of Springfield more time to repay to the state a 52 million dollar no interest loan. At issue are conditions the governor insists upon that would result in changes to Springfield's city government. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports..
