Kenneth C. Davis - Don't Know Much About the American Presidents

Did you know that Franklin Pierce was friends with Nathaniel Hawthorne? Or that Calvin Coolidge’s 1923 Sate of the Union was the first broadcast over radio? Or that Chester Arthur was the target of a ‘birther’ inquiry? These are just some of the gems found in Ken Davis’ new book Don’t Know Much About the American Presidents. From Washington to Obama, we get an in depth look at all 43 presidents, and his grades for each of them.  Davis came to the studios to talk to us about some of the lesser known commander in chiefs, and brought in a surprise… his very first book that he wrote when he was 9.
