The jury now will decide whether he should be sentenced to death or receive life in prison.

Jurors will resume deliberations today in the Massachusetts murder trial of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez. So far, jurors have spent nine hours deliberating the case over two days. Hernandez is charged in the 2013 shooting death of Odin Lloyd, who was dating his fiancee's sister.

According to documents made public, pilots employed by Philadelphia Inquirer co-owner Lewis Katz rarely conducted full preflight checks before taking off in his private jet, and didn't do so the night it crashed and killed seven people. The National Transportation Safety Board has released more than 800 pages of information about last year's accident at Hanscom Field in Massachusetts.
