Many cities and towns have a Rotary chapter, a service organization that supports local communities. During the Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary’s largest fundraising event of the year this past weekend, District Governor Nabil Oudeh traveled from Ottawa, Canada to attend the festival. Oudeh says he oversees a region that includes Northern New York, Quebec, Ontario and Nunavut.
Nabil Oudeh plans to focus on club rejuvenation and youth programs as well as the Rotary Serving Humanity theme during his tenure as District Governor.
