GreatSchools Launches Expanded School Ratings System

A nonprofit provider of information about schools has unveiled a new rating system.

California-based GreatSchools said it is now providing parents with more data about schools than just how students performed on standardized tests.

The organization rolled out school ratings for Massachusetts on Nov. 2^nd.

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with GreatSchools President Matthew Nelson.
