The nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor is proving to be the most controversial of the Obama Administration's appointments. The arguments appear to be mostly political - with liberals calling her nomination a triumph and conservatives calling it a disaster. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett spoke with iconic labor organizer Dolores Huerta, cofounder of the National Farm Workers Association and president of the Dolores Huerta Foundation, about what this nomination means.
