Middletown, NY – Middletown, New York Police Wednesday said they arrested two people in connection with the September 30 murder of Antonio Emiliano Acevedo. Tony Tapia, 21, and Marco Cabrera-Ramos, 22, have been charged with second-degree murder. WAMC's Hank Gross has more.
