Washington, DC – A combination of political factors may be leading to a shift in the winds in Washington. A Democrat-crafted Farm Bill that faces a presidential veto is expected to become law anyway. And legislators say it may be time to resurrect other bills the Republican administration has killed. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports.
