Poughkeepsie, NY – NY governor Eliot Spitzer is on a tour of the state, selling his fiscal plan for the coming year in what he's calling his Bringing the Budget Home tour. He made an early morning stop in Dutchess county today and Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett was there.
