Kingston, NY – Democratic Congressman Maurice Hinchey of Ulster County has unveiled his official demand for an investigation into President Bush's secretly authorized domestic surveillance program conducted without court warrants. At a news conference in Kingston, Hinchey discussed the letter he plans to send to the Justice Department. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Deborah Runcie reports:
