Kingston, NY – The controversy over the placement of a life-size wooden horse on county property in Kingston, New York, appears to be resolved, as the sculpture is set to be relocated nearby. At issue is the inscription of the Ten Commandments. The artist last week was considering legal action to defend her right to freedom of expression, and says she has since decided which way to go.
