NY State's Mayoral Turnover Tide Continues

Kingston, NY – The turnover in mayors of New York's cities continues strongly from two years ago. There were forty-two mayoral elections in November 2002 that yielded twenty new mayors. That translates into nearly one of every three cities in New York State having a new mayor this New Year. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne has more.
