Maura Healey has been Massachusetts Attorney General for nearly a year after taking over for Martha Coakley who ran unsuccessfully for governor in 2014. Healey, a Democrat, was in western Massachusetts Thursday and sat down for a wide-ranging interview including gun laws, terrorism, opioid abuse, Kinder Morgan’s Northeast Energy Direct pipeline and what brought her to the area.
