A displaced Holocaust and World War II museum has found a new home in Adams, Massachusetts for the time being.Darrell English expects to reopen the New England Holocaust Institute & Museum inside the Adams Free Library Monday after shutting the doors of his Eagle Street spot in North Adams in April. English says he will display some of his 3,000 artifacts at the library until he finds a permanent home.
“What I’m hoping this museum could possibly be at some future point…a real functional museum somewhere offering a lot more events and activities to help broaden the subject matter,” said English.
The museum will be open the same hours as the library which can be found by clicking here.
